PIONEER HAPPY SALAD Mixed greens tossed with Dried Cranberries, Toasted Almonds, Fresh Apples, Dried Apricots drizzled with a Cranberry Vinaigrette and topped with crumbled Goat Cheese. CRAB CAKE BENNY
This is a favourite of the many Bennys we have on our menu. Two Poached Eggs on panko breaded Housemade Crab Cakes (a blend of fresh Dungeoness Crab, Scallions, and Shallots) all topped with our Housemade Hollandaise sauce. CHICKEN BRIE Broiled Seasoned Chicken Breast with Local Brie Cheese, Apple, Red Onion, Micro Greens and Pesto Mayo. Served on Bakery Fresh Toasted Ciabatta Bun. *(All sandwiches are prepared with your choice of: French Fries or Potato Salad or Soup or Tossed Salad or a Cup of Daily Soup.) 
CEDAR PLANKED WILD SOCKEYE Wild Sockeye Salmon marinated with a Maple Balsamic glaze and baked on a Cedar Plank. Served with Rice Pilaf and Fresh Vegetables. 
PRIME RIB DINNER 6oz, 8oz. or 12oz cut of AAA Beef served with Housemade Yorkshire Pudding, Gravy, Fresh Vegetables and your choice of either Roasted, Baked or Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
